   If you're a speaker, you likely do a lot of sitting as you travel. If you're a blogger, you likely sit down to do that as well, or for that matter, to work on most other parts of your New Media ecosystem. When you're sitting, you're not exercising, so it's more important to watch what you eat. I pair Lose It! with my Jawbone UP band, RunKeeper, and Withings scale to help stay in good shape. And the apps talk to each other, saving you time and letting you see several aspects of your fitness side-by-side.
